Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of soulcinema.homes and the Soul Cinema generation console. By creating an account, signing in with Google, or rendering a still you agree to them.

2. Accounts

Accounts are created through Google sign-in. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping access to that Google account secure.

3. Credits, plans and billing

Paid plans are subscriptions billed through Stripe. Each plan refreshes its credit balance at the start of every billing period, and one credit renders one frame.

Annual plans are charged once for twelve months. Credits included in a plan are delivered monthly rather than all at once.

• Credits are not transferable between accounts.
• Unless stated otherwise on your plan, unused credits do not roll over.
• Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude any taxes that apply where you live.

4. Acceptable use

You are responsible for the prompts you submit and the images you render. Do not use Soul Cinema to create content that is unlawful where you live, that depicts a real person in a misleading or defamatory way, that sexualises minors, or that infringes someone else’s rights.

5. Your content

You keep the rights you hold in the prompts you write and the images you generate, subject to the law and to any third-party rights in the material you referenced. You grant us the limited licence we need to process prompts and deliver renders.

6. Availability

The console depends on third-party model providers. Renders may occasionally queue, fail, or be retried. When a render fails because of a fault on our side, the credit is returned to your balance.

7. Cancellation

You can cancel from the billing area of your account at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals and your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new update date, and continued use of Soul Cinema after a change means you accept the updated terms.
