1. What we collect

To run your account we store the email address and profile name returned by Google sign-in, your credit balance, your subscription status, and the renders you generate.

• Account data from Google sign-in: email address, name and profile image.
• Billing data handled by Stripe: customer id, plan, invoices and payment status. Card numbers never reach our servers.
• Product data: prompts you submit, the options you select, credits used and the renders produced.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and basic request logs used to keep the service available.

2. How we use it

We use this data to authenticate you, render the frames you request, meter credits, process payments, prevent abuse, and answer support requests. We do not sell personal data.

3. Sharing

We share the minimum necessary with the processors that make Soul Cinema work: Google for sign-in, Stripe for payments, and the model providers that render frames. Each of them processes data under their own terms.

4. Retention

Account and render history are kept while your account is open. Billing records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. You can ask us to delete your account, and we will remove account data and renders that are not subject to a retention obligation.

5. Cookies

Soul Cinema uses the cookies required for sign-in sessions and for keeping you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

6. Your choices

You can request a copy of your data, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion by writing to support@soulcinema.homes. You can also cancel a subscription at any time from the billing area of your account.
